In winter it's a good idea to over-dress not under-dress as unlike running, you don't warm-up riding. Layers are good, full finger gloves, long legged tights...etc. Cycle Jersyes are design builf to carry your phone, keys & coffee money! And padded bike shorts - great idea!

What do I need to bring?

For safety you must bring your mobile phone & have Coach Spot's phone number saved - 0416 108 656 If riding in the dark you MUST bring front and rear lights - if you don't have lights, you can't ride! It's a good idea to keep a spare for those mornings when nothing seems to go your way.
