Bondi Fit Swim Run

Swim Run is a unique sport where you swim & run the whole way in the same gear - yep you swim in shoes & run in a wettie when it's cold! We plan on doing a Swim Run session monthly at various locations so check this page for details! We create Facebook Events on our Facebook Page so make sure you "like" to stay in the loop! In official Swim Run events you must stay with a partner for the whole course & we encourage you to partner up on our training days! * Sunday 7am June 10 from Clovelly Surf Club - event link/ details here You can book online here or pay $20 on the day! Meet from 6:45am on the stairs water side of Surf Club

Clovelly Swim Run: we run & swim (in shoes) to North Bondi & back! 4 runs (9km total) & 4 swims (2km total) makes it a fun session! Meet water side Clovelly Surf Club 6:45am for 7am SHARP start & we start with a run to Bronte!

Start water side Clovelly Surf Club & Run to Bronte Surf Club.
Run aling sand to north corner & swim to Tamarama (if surf too big = swim 10 laps Bronte Pool).
Run Tamarama along coastal path past South Bondi Headland.
At bottom of 2nd stairs climb down rocks & swim to boat ramp North Bondi = aim for last yellow building on the water (If Surf too big run to North Bondi & swim from boat ramp).
Run up stairs or along rocks & head along Bondi Promenade & coastal path back to Tamarama.
Swim to Bronte (if surf too big run to Bronte Pool & do 10 laps).
Run to Clovelly Surf Club for finish!
